Education with Yvette
have a Master Degree of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Education and Leadership. I have a teaching license, a license as a student counselor and a background in psychodrama director in South Korea. I majored in Industrial Design with completion of a 2 year degree in South Korea.
I hold an Education Assistant Certificate from Langara College in Vancouver in Canada.
In Canada, I have been working as an Education Assistant at high school since May 2017. From academic, I hosted social events for special needs students along with their inclusive classmates.
In South Korea, I have a teaching license with 2 years teaching English. Academically, I have taught students in Mathematics, from Grade 1 to 12. I also have assisted in languages, and I converse fluently in Korean and able to teach students in it. These students, who ranged from 5 to 18 years old, have progressively performed better than their peers when they have had help.
Many accomplishments, including being in the Dean’s List in Langara’s EA program and achieved 98% in math, would enable me to perform well as an instructor.
